<image:title>Classes - Prenatal Yoga</image:title>
<image:caption>My current prenatal classes are offered through Ananda Yoga and Wellness, Wenonah, NJ. You can attend in person in a safe and socially distanced classroom or via zoom. We begin each class connecting to the breath to reduce anxiety and stress in the body. Movement is then targeted not only to stretch the often tense muscles of the hips and shoulders but also to build strength. We end every class with a restorative savasana pose. We are also joined by local experts such as doulas, lactation consultants, Prenatal chiropractors, and physical therapists who share their knowledge with the class.</image:caption>

<image:title>Classes - Private Classes</image:title>
<image:caption>Private prenatal classes allow you to focus on your own personal goals and needs. This class is perfect for a beginner but can also be tailored to an experienced yogi who is concerned with making their current yoga practice safe for themselves and their baby. Private classes can also be arranged around your schedule and can be purchased as a single session or a group of 4 private lessons. As a pre and postnatal corrective exercise specialist I can help moms with recovery after birth and restore core and hip strength. This individual instruction will help to build a stronger posture and address common postpartum dysfunctions such as stress or urge incontinence, SI joint pain, diastasis recti and pelvic girdle pain. <image:title>About - Your guide through prenatal practice:</image:title>
<image:caption>Trish McCarver I have been teaching yoga since 2012 and became a registered yoga teacher (200RYT) in May 2017. I began teaching prenatal and baby & me yoga in January 2018 and became an E-RYT (1000+ hours of teaching) in 2020. I always enjoyed teaching Restorative and Yin yoga and found that prenatal yoga allowed me to bring movement and relaxation to moms in all trimesters of pregnancy. I continue to learn more about pregnancy and birth in order to serve the moms I teach and am currently working toward certification in Pelvic Health for prenatal and post-natal moms. Qualifications Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200, Yoga Alliance Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Bachelor of Arts, Rutgers University Specialty Areas Prenatal, Postnatal, and Baby & Me classes Pre and postnatal corrective exercise classes Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Chair Yoga Birthing Ball workshops</image:caption>

<image:title>About - A resource for all pregnancy-related yoga:</image:title>
<image:caption>Breathe Baby Prenatal Yoga was founded in 2018 When I started my career as a fitness instructor in 2007 I realized that teaching for me was not only about sharing my love of exercise, but about creating a bond with others who wanted to feel stronger and live healthier lives. When I became a registered yoga teacher I was given the opportunity to offer prenatal and post-natal moms a class that allowed them to feel stronger and to also bond with other moms who were sharing the same experience. I founded Breathe Baby a few years later to continue my passion for pregnancy-related classes and create a community of pre and post-natal yogis. I continue to attend workshops and online trainings in order to better serve all moms in my classes. I look forward to guiding you through your pre and post-natal experience and I’m always available for any questions or concerns you may have.</image:caption>
